RESUME:

I am a mediator with considerable intercultural experience. I have an enthusiastic belief in the process of mediation and in the use of communication to solve problems. I have accrued considerably over three hundred hours of training, and nearly as much time in practice of conflict resolution.

My experience is in victim/offender, (Restorative Justice,) School mediation, Workplace, Parent/Teen, Courts, Native American, Hispano, Black, and other cultural community needs.

I have mentored training classes for the University of New Mexico Law School, the Santa Fe School District, Santa Fe Indian School, and served as an Advanced Mentor for the New Mexico Center for Dispute Resolution.

I have held two professional contracts in 1999, with the
New Mexico State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, in association with Common Ground Mediation Service of Santa Fe, resolving cases of inter-departmental workplace disputes, as well as client/administration disputes.

I have served for several years on the Board of the New Mexico Mediation Association, and am an active member most interested in participation with the committee on ethics of conflict resolution.

I have collaborated to produce a comprehensive manual of conflict resolution, as well as taught one fifty hour training course in association with Common Ground Mediation Service of Santa Fe, year 2000.
